Property Locations

The Office of Real Estate Services, which has developed and maintains an electronic property inventory of known properties which are University-owned or leased through a written agreement from third parties on behalf of the University, assists the Office of Clery Act Compliance for the purpose of the Clery Act. The inventory list must include the name of the property, address/location information, and available contact information for each listing. The Office of Real Estate Services shall notify the Emory Police Department and the Office of Clery Act Compliance upon the occurrence of each new property acquisition, disposition, or lease that is directly managed by the Office of Real Estate Service. The Office of International and Summer Programs shall provide the Office of Clery Act Compliance annually an inventory list of all properties of which it is aware that are owned or controlled by Emory College, are located in a foreign country, and are used to support the University’s educational mission (example: classrooms, meeting space, or learning facilities; or, other locations which Emory University owns, rents, leases or otherwise controls by agreement with the owner).

Emory currently has 12 identified Clery campuses: 

• The Atlanta campus,
• The Oxford College campus,
• The Carter Center campus,
• Emory Grady-area campus,
• Emory Midtown Hospital campus,
• Emory Johns Creek Hospital campus,
• Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital campus,
• Emory Decatur Hospital campus, 
• Emory Hillandale Hospital campus,
• Emory Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital campus,
• Emory Warner Robins Hospital campus, and
• Emory Perry Hospital campus.
